RO:
Devenim. Spatial.
De o luna, as putea spune ca eu = Nicosia & I love it!
EN:
We become. Spatially.
Inevitably, we come to identify ourselves with the places we live in. The streets movement, the buildings, the colours of the city, the happenings, we absorb them all through every pore and become equivalent with them. They look familiar to us so we feel protected and, ultimately, we become one with the place. No wonder we hear very often expressions like “Parisians have a great sense of style”, “Londoners tend to talk a lot about the weather,” “New Yorkers are always in a hurry”, and so on. Yes, there are stereotypes, exaggerated generalizations perhaps, but all these come from somewhere, and the source will be found precisely in the attributes of the place of which we speak about. Shortly, one becomes space.
Considering the last month, I can say that me = Nicosia & I love it! I find it a great experience to move into another country (even for a short period of time), to observe and eventually to appropriate some habits of the locals, to wander the city by foot and make it seem familiar. Just then you realize better how the place you came from shaped you.
Today I chose to wear an outfit in accordance with the Greek “style”, omnipresent in Nicosia, choosing the Shein dress in white and blue, the Daniel Wellington watch (do not forget about the 15% discount until 10/31/2015, using “sayrouge” code) and Vlad’s sunglasses.

Te prinde tare bine rochia, dar cureaua intregeste lookul 😉
